Podiatric Medicine

Foot doctor, but not "just a foot doctor." The AACPM site has this to say:

In some states these physicians can do knee work as well. One advantage of podiatric medicine is you can design your career to your own lifestyle requirements. Specialize in podopediatrics, geriatric, surgery. With diabetes and obesity at epidemic levels, you will have job security for years to come. In third world countries people with "club foot" may go for decades without treatment walking on the side of the foot.
