Hands to mouth then hands out stretch
     fingers and hands out and up;
     hit in forehead for “daze” (days)

Hoeing garden action,

Hands together swerve like a snake

Hands out on ground-squat,
      rising to tip toes with hand out as flood comes up,     
     arms up and out
Arms around “buddy” staggering
     swaggering arms back and forth

Fists one on top of another like building
     tower brick on brick
Arms stretch out and up to sky -flower blooming

Waving good-bye both hands
Saluting with right hand to right eye
     “yes sir”

As hands come down shake right hand -promise

Down to touch land-squat both hand out,
     seed—two hands on stomach,
     blessing –hold hands up and out
     like pronouncing a blessing

     breath or meditating,
